qqamaxwin Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "qqamaxwin", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at qqamaxwin.club, which is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• "User", "you", or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places bets through the qqamaxwin platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the qqamaxwin platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's qqamaxwin Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, sports betting, and other wagering activities available on qqamaxwin.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that authorizes qqamaxwin's operations.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on qqamaxwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing qqamaxwin's services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or agent of qqamaxwin or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from qqamaxwin or placed on any PAGCOR self-exclusion register.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements unless you have passed our enhanced KYC process.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment source, less any amounts won.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) qqamaxwin Account only. The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qqamaxwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a strong, unique password for your account. You must notify qqamaxwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

qqamaxwin complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a valid government-issued ID and proof of address — may be requested before any withdrawal is processed. Documents issued by the Philippine government (SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, or UMID) are acceptable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on qqamaxwin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. qqamaxwin supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits are credited to your qqamaxwin Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processor. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit from the same account, unless an alternative method has been verified through our KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though amounts above ₱50,000 may be subject to enhanced verification.
• qqamaxwin does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business days.
• qqamaxwin reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending identity verification, AML screening, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

qqamaxwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered or credited. The following general conditions apply to all qqamaxwin bonuses:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• qqamaxwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account and the associated wagering requirements are in progress.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including using multiple accounts, systematic or low-risk betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus abuse — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are not redeemable for cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on qqamaxwin — including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

qqamaxwin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by independently audited game suppliers. RNG systems are tested and certified to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and free from manipulation by the operator.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, qqamaxwin's records of the game session shall be the definitive source of truth for dispute resolution purposes. Bets made during a confirmed system error may be voided at qqamaxwin's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qqamaxwin and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC verification process.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme to defraud the platform or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or manipulate the platform's software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent financial transactions, or engage in any activity that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or related legislation.
• Registering or operating more than one qqamaxwin account.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to use your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

qqamaxwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations and receive notifications when a session time limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the qqamaxwin platform for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected duration and take effect immediately.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders displaying time spent and net gaming outcome during a session may be enabled in account settings.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

qqamaxwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Receipt of a PAGCOR directive to restrict the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, qqamaxwin reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment source, less any amounts identified as fraudulently obtained, following the completion of any applicable investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting qqamaxwin support. Real-money account balances will be refunded to the verified payment source within 5 business days of account closure confirmation, subject to any pending withdrawal holds.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qqamaxwin's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qqamaxwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if qqamaxwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

qqamaxwin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party network failures may temporarily affect service availability. qqamaxwin will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the rules issued thereunder.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and qqamaxwin, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through qqamaxwin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority.

For disputes involving amounts below ₱100,000, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Trial Courts of Metro Manila. Disputes exceeding ₱100,000 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), conducted in English in Metro Manila.

12. Amendments to These Terms

qqamaxwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, qqamaxwin will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of qqamaxwin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
